The ITIA Members-Only section is currently set to allow access to all of those listed as points-of-contact for ITIA member municipalities, firms and organizations, and is based on the mailing list for the ITIA Newsletter.

If you do not know your User ID and Password, to access the Members Only section you should first check the mailing label of your most recent ITIA Newsletter. The User ID is set as the initial of the first name followed by the last name, all as one word with no middle names or initials and all in lower case, as it appears on the ITIA Newsletter mailing label. For example, the User ID for "John Doe" would be "jdoe".

The format for the Password is the initial of the last name followed by the first name (again as it appears on the mailing label), all lower case and as one word. For example, the initial password for "John Doe" is set as "djohn". Once you have logged-in, you may change your User information.
