CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS:
The conference fee for each ITIA member is $300, and each non-member municipality that joins ITIA prior to the conference shall be entitled to two registrations for $300. The conference fee for non-members is $500. Fees include two breakfasts, two lunches, meeting refreshments, reception and dinner, and all program materials. Additional $95 for each spouse or guest attending only the reception and dinner. Register and pay on-line or mail checks and a copy of the form to the Illinois Tax Increment Association 133 South 4th Street, Suite 204 Springfield, IL 62701-1239.
HOTEL REGISTRATION:
Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel TOLL FREE at 800-222-8733 or by clicking HERE to make an online reservation. A special conference rate of $95 (exclusive of tax or other room charges) is available until March 18, 2012. After this date rooms will be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates. When making your reservation please indicate that you are with the “Illinois Tax Increment Association.”.
Questions concerning rooms should be addressed to the Double Tree by Hilton, not ITIA staff.

Become a Spring Conference Sponsor!
In order to provide the outstanding Spring Conference for which ITIA is known yet still keep registration fees reasonably low, Conference sponsors are critically needed. Sponsorship opportunities are available in four categories of support for the ITIA 2011 Spring Conference.
Platinum Sponsorship is available to those who provide major assistance ($2,500 or more) in support of a critical program cost item such as: production of the program book, underwriting the cost of audio-visual equipment rental and operation, or the underwriting of all or part of the membership luncheon, reception, dinner, or continental breakfast. Sustaining Sponsors will be listed as such on all conference and program materials, receive a special recognition at the membership dinner, have special signage with their corporate or municipal logo present at all conference sessions and events, and will be entitled to four complementary conference registrations. Platinum Sponsors will be provided with table-top display space at the Conference if desired.
Gold Sponsorship is available to those providing $1,500 in support of conference activities. Supporting Sponsors will be listed as such on all conference and program materials, receive special recognition at the membership dinner, are listed on signage at all conference sessions and events, and will be entitled to three complementary conference registrations.
Silver Sponsorship is available to those providing $750 in support for conference activities, or who provide other necessary in-kind support. Contributing Sponsors will be listed as such on all conference and program materials, be recognized at the membership dinner, be listed on general signage at conference registration and check-in, and will be entitled to two complementary conference registrations.
Bronze Sponsorship is available to those providing $500 in support for conference activities, or who provide other necessary in-kind support. Contributing Sponsors will be listed as such on all conference and program materials, be recognized at the membership dinner, and be listed on general signage at conference registration and check-in, and will be entitled to one complementary conference registration.
All sponsors will be provided with special sponsor ribbons color-coded to sponsorship level for quick identification and recognition.
